What is Exercise Physiology

Exercise Physiology: Get Moving, Feel Better

Exercise Physiology (EP) is all about using exercise, done properly, to help you recover, manage health conditions, and feel stronger in your body. It's not a generic gym program — an Accredited Exercise Physiologist builds a plan around your body, your injury or condition, and what you actually want to achieve.

Recovering from surgery, living with a chronic condition like diabetes or heart disease, dealing with ongoing pain, or just want to move without wincing? EP meets you where you are and builds you back up properly.

The Redeem Difference

Why Choose Exercise Physiology?

  • A program made for you — not copy and pasted.

  • Backed by real clinical know-how.

  • Great for chronic conditions, injury recovery, and staying well long term.

  • All about real results: less pain, more strength, a better quality of life.

If you've tried other things and nothing's stuck, EP is worth a go. It's a plan built around how your body actually works, with someone qualified helping you get there.

Why Alex started Redeem

I decided to start this when my Dad was involved in a workplace accident. His limited English (he speaks Korean) and unfamiliarity with the healthcare system made it hard for him to access the care he needed. Frustrated by this, I wanted to become one of the bridges that connects Korean-speaking individuals, like my dad, to healthcare with confidence — so they receive the support they deserve.

Working across the private and disability sectors taught me the immense value of health, and the impact it has on someone's quality of life. Everyone is on their own journey and has a unique relationship with exercise. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete, we'll tailor a program specific to you and your health goals.
